Real Estate Coaching

How to pick a real estate coach, what coaching actually costs, how long results take, and how to tell a real system from a repackaged script.

Most agents do not go looking for a coach when things are good. They go looking after a quarter where the phone stopped ringing, or after watching a newer agent take a listing they thought was theirs. That is a terrible moment to make an expensive decision, because that is exactly when the loudest pitch sounds the most convincing.

So this section is the boring, useful version. What coaching costs. What it should include. How long before you see anything. What separates a program built on a real system from one built on a script somebody has been selling since 2009. Which questions to ask on the call before you give anyone a credit card.

The through line in everything here: you do not need to work harder or chase more people. You need to be the agent your market already knows and already trusts before they need somebody. Top producers are not better salespeople. They are better marketers. That is a skill, and skills can be taught.
